Update your details

Your pension probably isn’t your first thing that comes to mind when your personal details change, but it’s important to keep us up to date.

You can make most changes through any of our channels, so please get in touch in a way that suits you.

Aside from changing address, or wanting your pension paid into a different bank, there are lots of other reasons to update us, such as:

  • If you want to add a Power of Attorney or appointed representative to your record
  • If you change your name, get married or get divorced
  • If you want to change how we communicate with you, for example, switching to electronic communications
  • Your telephone number or email address change
