Update your details
Your pension probably isn’t the first thing that comes to mind when your personal details change, but it’s important to keep us up to date.
You can make most changes through any of our channels, so please get in touch in a way that suits you.
Reasons to update
Aside from changing address, or wanting your pension paid into a different bank, there are lots of other reasons to update us, such as:
Power of attorney
If you want to add a Power of Attorney or appointed representative to your record
Name details
If you change your name, get married or get divorced
Communication method
If you want to change how we communicate with you, for example, switching to electronic communication
Contact details
If your telephone number or email address change
